Ordering procedure

You can order a Certificate of Conformity in two ways via our online ordering form at: www.eurococ.eu

 As an unregistered user:

1. Select the Type, Make and Country of the first registration and click "Search"
2. After finding the terms of an offer, order by clicking "Order"
3. Fill in the required fields in the order form and add attach all the necessary documents
4. Choose "Continue" and a message with the order confirmation link will be sent to your e-mail address
5. Click the confirmation link to approve your order
6. Once the certificate is received, you will be sent an email with a notice about the payment procedures
7. Upon making the payment, a certificate will be sent to you immediately according to your specification


 As a registered user:

1. A registered user is a customer who filled in the registration form on our website at www.eurococ.eu
2. After logging into your account, start your order by selecting "New order"
3. The following procedure is identical with an unregistered user.
The advantage of registering is the possibility to check the current status of each individual order.
 
 
Every individual order can have a different current status over time. The particular status of each order is accessible after logging into your personal account (registered user):
 
 
Possible statuses of an order:
 
New – Order has not been confirmed yet. The order is completed and can be processed once confirmed (clicking the link in the received email).
Confirmed – order is confirmed by the customer and waiting for processing.
Accepted – order is being processed.
Processed – All the necessary documents are in a good state and a COC has been ordered.
Waiting for a payment – a COC was received and we are waiting for a payment confirmation from the customer.
Paid – Payment was received.
Dispatched – a COC was sent through a chosen courier company.
Finished – Delivery of a COC to the customer was confirmed.
Cancelled by a customer – Order was cancelled as per the customer’s request and is pending for a cancellation fee.
Finished - cancellation –Cancellation fee was paid.
Cancelled – Order was cancelled and customer was sent an explanatory email.
