      Thank you for your comment. Please be advised COC is not available from a motorbike made from scraps.

      In fact, the COC is a document issued by official manufacturer and describes production parametres of a vehicle. Given your motorbike has been fabricated based on various used parts, it does not fulfill the previously mentionned criteria.

      If you wish to drive the motorbike normally and register it, we recommend you to contact a homologation service in the target country, they might be able to provide you with more information.
