Sobald die Bestellung eines COC bezahlt ist und alle erforderlichen Dokumente/Informationen vorliegen, ist der Auftrag bereit zur Bearbeitung und das COC kann bei unserem Lieferanten bestellt werden. Die voraussichtliche Lieferzeit wird in der „In Bearbeitung“-E-Mail angegeben, die versendet wird, sobald das COC bei unserem Lieferanten bestellt wurde. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Lieferzeitraum in Werktagen angegeben ist und Wochenenden sowie gesetzliche Feiertage nicht mitgerechnet werden.

What are the delivery times?

The processing times for arranging a certificate of conformity depend on the respective vehicle make and type. We can issue most certificates within 5 to 30 working days from the time the order is placed. In addition, the delivery time (1 to 7 days depending on the shipping method chosen) from our office to the address you provide must be added to the processing time (1 to 5 weeks). The processing time is indicated on the website in working days depending on the make of vehicle. You can also select your preferred delivery method when ordering: DIGITAL COC+ COURIER EXPRESS delivery within 1 working day (including delivery of a digital copy by email before actual delivery) and ECONOMY delivery after 7 working days at the latest. If you choose DIGITAL COC+ COURIER EXPRESS + CAR HISTORY, plus you will also receive a detailed report in PDF format that you can use to check the history of your vehicle. Due to the extensive network of suppliers throughout the EU, logistics, public holidays and other possible constraints, we cannot always guarantee delivery of the COC within the stated deadlines. However, we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your COC as soon as possible.

What are the processing/delivery times?

The processing times of mediating a Certificate of Conformity depend on the specific vehicle brand and its type. We are able to arrange the majority of certificates within 1 to 5 weeks from the time of the order placement. It is also necessary to add the delivery time (1 to 7 days depending on the selected delivery method) from our office to the address that you indicate to the processing time (1 to 5 weeks). The processing time is stipulated in working days in the website according to the make. During the order placement you can also select your preferred delivery method: DIGITAL COC+ COURIER EXPRESS delivery being 1 business day (also with delivery of digital copy via email before physical delivery) and ECONOMY delivery being 7 business days at the latest. Due to the extensive network of suppliers throughout the EU, logistics, state holidays, and other possible restraints, we are not always able to guarantee the COC delivery within the indicated deadlines. We put forth our maximum effort, however, so that you receive your COC as quickly as possible.

How will the Certificate of conformity be delivered to me?

We know how important it is to receive the Certificate of Conformity when you expect it. EUROCOC uses an extensive network of delivery companies to deliver the Certificates of Conformity from its offices to its clients all over Europe and, naturally, also outside of it. If you order a Certificate of Conformity through our webpage, we recommend that you indicate your work address rather than your home address, since our couriers deliver the shipments during working days from 9.00 a.m. until 5.00 p.m. and request a personal hand-over that is confirmed by a signature.

I need a COC urgently. Is it possible to accelerate the execution and delivery times if I pay extra?

Processing time of COC delivery cannot be influenced. However, you may opt for a faster delivery:

• DIGITAL COC+ COURIER EXPRESS delivery, which includes sending a scan of the certificate by e-mail followed by fast delivery within 1 business day once it is sent.

When will my COC be delivered?

The estimated delivery time is indicated in the „in process“ e-mail sent once the COC is ordered from our supplier.

Has my Certificate of Conformity already been sent?

At the moment your Certificate of Conformity is dispatched from our office, you will receive an e-mail confirmation together with the tracking number. According to this number, you can track your shipment containing the Certificate of Conformity via the webpage of the courier company.

What if my order is delayed?

Customers get an e-mail alert once there is an update in their order. Also, the estimated delivery time is specified in the e-mail entitled “in process”. In case you have any questions about delivery deadline, please contact our customer care.
