The fully electric Cupra Born has made a serious impression on Danish drivers—and now it has been officially crowned Used Car of the Year 2025 in Denmark.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the award, which is judged by a panel of automotive journalists and experts from FDM, DBFU (the Danish Car Dealer Union), and Applus Bilsyn. Out of the five finalists, Cupra Born scored 190 points, beating Polestar 2 (140 points) and VW ID.4 (120 points). In fact, 7 out of 18 jury members ranked it first, and it holds a stellar 4.7/5 rating on BilBasen, one of Denmark’s largest used car platforms.
